3/1/2024 4:20:57 PM

We received the DLC trailer for Elder Ring last week and everyone's looking for the best builds to prepare. Today we’re going to show you 5 most powerful Elden Ring DLC builds that are also an immense amount of fun to use.

Elden Ring DLC Build Guide - Top 5 Best Builds For DLC In Elden Ring

In this Elden Ring DLC Build Guide, we'll break down 5 of the most potent build options shown to decimate opponents in the base game. Each utilizes unique weapons, ashes of war, spells, and talismans to deal absurd amounts of damage while also maintaining robust survivability. From lightning-infused dual wielding to gravity magic bombards and divine powered ranged incantations, these builds offer a variety of playstyles. With specialized stats, equipment, and physick cocktail combinations optimized for maximum destruction, any of these builds stands a great chance of vanquishing whatever nightmares from Software has in store.

1. Ice Lightning Build

The brilliant thing about this particular build is you can use two different weapons. One being the Dragonscale Blade and the other being the Dragon Halberd, both weapons have a unique ash of war that applies ice lightning to them. Infusing the weapon with both lightning and frostbite damage. Either way, each weapon infuses itself with 160 points worth of lightning damage and then the Dragonscale Blade gets 60 points of frostbite whereas the Halberd gets 80 points of frostbite. When you dual-wield them, you're going to be doing thousands upon thousands of damage. This Elden Ring best Samurai build packs an absolute punch and can defeat every single boss that the game has to offer.

2. Stormcaller

This build is heavily around the Stormhawk Axe as it is yet another incredibly unique and powerful weapon that is capable of doing thousands upon thousands of damage against every single enemy. This weapon has a unique ash of war the thunderstorm which turns yourself into an electric thunderstorm hitting anybody that decides to get close to you whilst also trapping most enemies. This ash of war has three stages which means you can rack up a damage output of around 4,000 to 5,000. Once you do finish that attack and throw those enemies to the ground, you will be able to follow up that attack with a weapon that has an extremely high AR itself and will be infused with lightning damage. Moreover, the ash of war does a ton of poise damage as well. You will then be ready to call upon the power of the storms and use it to obliterate everything that's in your way!

3. Deathbringer

We're utilizing the Black Knife Assassin fit alongside the Death Ritual Spear. This is a more fun take on the usual battle mage build, trying to add the element of surprise into it as well as the Black Knife outfit will make your movement silent even whilst you're running. So you've got the best of both worlds of being able to stay stealthy, moving around without anybody hearing you. Whilst also still being able to run and annihilate anything. To get into a boss arena, we're using the Death Ritual Spear along with a load of other spells as well so that we still pack an absolute punch even in the boss fights. Ash of war Spearcall Ritual calls upon a multitude of spears to pierce through the sky your enemies. This happens in a relatively large area of effect and is perfect against the larger enemies.

4. Falling-Star Mage

This is an extremely powerful as well as one of the best Elden Ring builds for DLC that's also versatile. We're using all of the Gravity spells available in the game along with one of the best greatswords, Ruins Greatsword. This is the complete opposite of the previous build, we're letting people know that we're here and that we mean business as we have rocks and meteors at their skulls. You've got the versatility for every enemy that you're going to be coming up against. Because if it's someone that's a little bit more mobile and isn't going to get hit by the meteor showers, you've got the Ruins Greatsword to chase them and bunk them around the head. We do recommend that you use the Meteorite staff as that's going to boost the gravity spells. You can also use other gravity weapons like the Fallingstar Beast Jaw which has a unique ash of war, and the Gravity Bolt which can be used at range. All of those weapons do scale with strength and intelligence. You'll have a really fun build that uses the meteorite spells along with an incredibly powerful greatsword which is just extremely fun to use.

5. Holy Knight Build

If you use Siluria's Tree on Holy build, you will have an ash of war that's capable of doing 3,000 to 4,000 damage at a ridiculous range. The fact that this is going to be a high-faith build, you can utilize other incantations like the Ancient Dragons incantations that also deal a ton of damage. But you can use other weapons like the Envoy's Greathorn that obliterates larger enemies. You can survive a new game plus 7, the highest journey, or at least the highest HP defense-boosted versions of each boss in the game. You can one-shot anything that's roaming in the lands between and most bosses will die to about four or five hits of this ash of war. It's extremely powerful as you can use it at such a safe distance to deal such an immense amount of damage. If things do get hairy, you can always pull out the Long Horn to get you out of trouble.
