WoW WotLK Noblegarden Guide 2024: Date, Rewards, Quests, Chocolates Farming & Goldmaking

In today's guide, we'll be walking you through everything you can do during the Noblegarden event in WoW Classic Wrath of the Lich King (WotLK). More importantly, we'll detail how you can snag all the different rewards from the event - including the exciting new offerings for 2024.

Noblegarden Event Dates & Location in WoW WotLK Classic

This event is a one-week holiday happening from today until Monday, April 8th. Remember, if you have your eye on any specific rewards, you'll need to act before April 8th, as they won't be available again until next year. Noblegarden festivities are held in various starting areas, including Azure Watch, Dolanaar, Goldshire, Kharanos, Brill, Razor Hill, Bloodhoof Village, Falconwing Square, and Valaar's Berth. However, the main activities are concentrated in Goldshire of Elwynn Forest and Razor Hill in Durotar.

New Noblegarden Rewards in WoW WotLK Classic

Daetan Swiftplume & Noble Flying Carpet

Among the most coveted new rewards is the Noble Flying Carpet mount, adorned with an adorable little duck. To have a shot at this prize, you'll want to hunt down Daetan Swiftplume, a rare mob. Swiftplume spawns once you place a golden egg in a large duck nest, indicated by a rare icon on your mini-map in Goldshire or Razor Hill. This activity can be done daily on each character, boosting your chances of acquiring the mount and a new transmog set.

Duck Questline & Toy

For those interested in collectible toys, completing the "What the Duck" questline is a must. Initiated by Sylvana Fairflame, this series includes quests like "Waddle the Duck," "A Full Con-cushion," "Duck Tales," and "Just a Waddle Away." These tasks are straightforward, leading to the Duck Disguiser toy as a reward for your efforts.

Lovely Duckling Pet

The Lovely Duckling pet can be purchased from the Noblegarden vendor for 250 Noblegarden chocolates. These chocolates are found in eggs scattered across the starting areas. Collect and open these eggs to accumulate the necessary currency.

How To Farm Noblegarden's Chocolates?

Farming chocolates is relatively simple. Druids may have an advantage due to their ability to fly, making egg collection faster. Regardless of class, be sure to enable auto-loot for efficiency. Additionally, creating a macro to open multiple eggs at once can save time.

How To Make Gold with the Noblegarden Event in WotLK Classic?

Trading Post Activities!

The Noblegarden event also ties into the Trading Post activities, where you can earn points by collecting brightly colored eggs, completing daily quests, consuming chocolates, using the Spring Rabbit in arenas, among other tasks. This can yield a substantial amount of points for your Trading Post tally.

Auction House Strategy

A potentially lucrative strategy involves farming the Lovely Duckling and selling it on the Auction House. While the market price may decrease as more players farm it, there's a window of opportunity to profit, especially in the early days or months down the line. Additionally, the Swift Spring Strider mount is another item that can be farmed for 500 chocolates and either used or sold for gold. Remember, brightly colored eggs also have a slim chance to drop the mount or pet directly.
