Rocket League Feb Update Goes Live & Season 7 Starts On February 7, 2018

Psyonix has announced that its popular multiplatform game, Rocket League, will receive an Feb update on February 7. It will mark the start of the seventh competitive season and some improvements will also be activated with respect to the distribution of the ranges. Then we leave you with the words of the company:

It all starts in the first half of February, with a kind of soft restart to accompany this start of the season. The restart means that once season seven begins, you must complete a set of ten matches in order to be officially classified (note: winning half of your matches will probably return you to your previous rank of Season 6 or close to it). The rankings of the league will be temporarily empty once such a restart occurs.

Psyonix have also heard some of his comments on the distribution of ranks, and we are making some adjustments in the options of Duel (1v1) and Solo Standard (3v3) to bring a greater percentage of those players to the ranks of Champion and Grand Champion.

Rocket League February Update Schedule

Season 6 ends February 7 at 2pm PST/5pm EST/11pm CET.

Season 7 starts 1 hour later with the Feb Update February 7 at 3pm PST/6pm EST/12pm CET..

Leaderboards will be empty while players complete S7 placements.

S6 Rewards: Distributed within several hours after the Feb update.
