Developer Psyonix has revealed that Rocket League's latest Content Update is a wind-themed outing named Zephyr Update due next week, which will bring new Battle-Car, crate, and some bug fixes. With the new Zephyr update, an brand new import Cyclone Battle-Car based on the Breakout hitbox comes, complete with unique Engine Audio and Common Decals. Cyclone is only available as a limited drop inside the new Zephyr Crate.
As part of our appropriately-named Zephyr Update, a brand new Zephyr Crate is along for the ride that contains the new import Battle-Car Cyclone! What the full list and certain name of the items will you can obtain from the new Zephyr Crate has not been confirmed. But we can sure new decals, wheels will be included to match up the new car Cyclone. And remember that, all these new Rocket League items and crates will be sale at the most favorable prices on RocketPrices.com in the first time! In addition, the update comes with a number of bug fixes including changes to Twinzer’s painted appearance, crash/freeze fixes when loading into Competitive Matches on console, an adjustment to the ‘Hammerhead’ Decal for Mantis, and more! Official patch notes will arrive once the update has been rolled out.
Will the Rocket Pass and the new progression system come out along with the new Zephyr update? No! But they are scheduled to be out in an update before the end of August, Psyonix announced. Stay tuned here, we will keep updating for more information in the coming weeks!
